| His Majesty, Joe Biden, invites citizens all to "THE DANCE.! On March, 1951, THE KING AND I opened at the St. James Theater on Broadway. As the King of Siam (Thailand), Yul Brynner hired a "Nanny" and teacher for his children. "Anna", played by Gertrude Lawrence. She arrived in Siam and acclimated to the Siamese culture.... the children... and the King. In Act II, they joined in a dance at the invitation of the King: SHALL WE DANCE? Here are some of the lyrics.... "Shall we dance? On a bright cloud of music, shall we fly? Shall we dance? Shall we then say "goodnight" and mean "goodbye"? Or perchance, When the last little star has left the sky... Shall we still be together, With our arms around each other, And, shall you be my new romance? On the clear understanding that this kind of thing can happen, Shall we dance? Shall we dance? Shall we dance? Shall we dance?"  President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are about to tour the nation.... wanting to dance! Shall we??? Democrats??? Independents???? Republicans??? Will "we fly" and America come together with "our arms around each other" as a nation??? Or.... will "goodnight" mean "goodbye"? Say... by 2022 or by 2024???  Just this past few days, Joe Biden, Charles Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi have passed and signed an American recovery bill - both from the Covid 19 attack that we have all suffered from over this past year and the economic collapse that resulted. Unlike the Republican Congress - led by His Majesty, King Donald Trump in 2017 spending $1.9 Trillion to benefit the Uber-wealthy and also the giant Corporations with deficit-fueled tax cuts, since January 20th, Biden and a narrow majority of Democrats in both Houses of Congress - WITHOUT ONE REPUBLICAN VOTE - adopted the CARES ACT 2021 - spending $1.9 Trillion in a massive spending $1.9 Trillion in a massive outreach to save America. From aid for the 20 million who lost jobs as a result of the viral "invasion", to providing a business "life vest" for small Mom and Pop businesses so that that can stay "afloat" for yet another 6 months to get through this disaster, and to reach out a helping hand to those at financial risk of losing their shelter - homes or rentals, paying their bills, buying food, and acquiring medicines necessary, this bill shares the "wealth of the nation" with working families, the unemployed, small businesses, family farmers, and the middle class.  No cash to the wealthy this time... and no cash for the big business, profit-laced corporations either. Directed for and at those in need, advancing the distribution and injection of the vaccines available in massive numbers, re-opening safe schools with funds to achieve that objective and provide safety and education for our children, stimulate new economic expansion and job opportunity for the laid-off and terminated, and much more. Small stores, restaurants, hotels, transit jobs, family farming - not conglomerates, but teachers, cops, fire fighters and other civil workers are all in the Biden and Democratic sites. In addition, every state, county, and local governments - all having lost tax revenue in reduced sales taxes, and lost income taxes due to the pandemic - instead of local and state governments having to layoff public employees and adding to the current unemployment rates and eroding local health and safety services, not to mention schools, this funding will save their budgets and spare tax increases and spending cuts in personnel and services. Unemployment tripled from 3.5% at the start of the Covid19 spread... and stands at 10% today! Isn't it time for the nation to stand up ... and save itself? Unlike the Trump and Trump-train riders who left the needy behind on the platform to fend for themselves, the $1.9 Trillion Trump "strip and refund" plan rewarded the wealthy and large corporations for investing in their elections and their "parties." Do I need to say it again??? Why did NOT ONE REPUBLICAN VOTE FOR THIS NATION-SAVING RELIEF AND INVESTMENT? Under Trump threat? Mis-led by McConnell? Or, as Moscow Mitch did to Obama... just prevent Biden from passing ANYTHING..... AND BLAME BIDEN FOR FAILURE? NONSENSE! Can you believe that 26 states are Republican with 24 as Democratic??? Yet, every Republican State Senators voted against their own interest and those of their people, their schools, their local governments, and their small businesses..... SHOCKING! Checks will soon arrive for those in great need..... A "Bubble-UP" economic impact will unfold, Mom and Pop will be supported and saved and their employees comforted and on task.... rents and mortgages may be paid and housing shelter maintained. Food and medicines will be gathered as needed and schools re-opened. In the meanwhile, Trump and his "Lords" in the Senate and his "Barons" in the House are making every attempt to lie, distract, de-rail, and deny votes to millions of American citizens - by promoting the BIG LIE.... "Stop the Steal"... OVER AND OVER STILL!!! In my view, as with 70%+ of all Americans - Independent, Democrats, and Republicans as well - have responded positively to the new CARES III legislation. They agree with both the needs that are present and the responses required - not a cash "shower" for the wealthy. In both cases - the 2017 Trump Tax bill and the 2021 Biden and Democrats only - CARES III Covid Relief and Recovery bill just adopted, the Rs voted for the wealth and profits "trickle down" that failed in 2017-2018; and the Ds IN 2021 ALONE VOTED FOR working families and middle class supports in the very same model that had been crafted by FDR in the 1930s - without Republican support - against the current backdrop of Covid 19 and the economic consequences suffered across the nation. And, yet.... despite that, every state and their folks - Red or Blue - will be showered with relief from DC by Biden and Democrats - WITHOUT A SINGLE REPUBLICAN VOTE! Half of the US States are represented by Republican Senators and House Members who voted AGAINST relief for their States, Counties, Cities, Towns, Villages, Schools, and People. They turned their backs... and their votes.... on those in desperate need... that they represent.... Isn't it time that the people and voters of those states raise their voices... and cast their votes... demanding that their House members and US Senators CAST THEIR VOTES in the interests of those who they represent? The very citizens and people that have voted for them.... and elected them to represent them in DC, voted AGAINST THOSE WHO THEY REPRESENT! Isn't it time to pay the price? SHALL WE DANCE??????
